How to operate CoolBox 12 Volt all-electric refrigeration
If fitted with Standby single phase, 16 Amp, 240 volt power option, locate the extension cable.
Note the power source selector and switch positions
To operate with vehicle engine running, turn switch to 'VEHICLE'
Start vehicle engine to avoid flat battery
To operate on standby power, turn switch to 'HOUSE'
Connect 16AMP single phase extension lead to wall socket
Switch power ON in House/Building
Connect extension lead to socket on vehicle. Note: Transformer fan will start inside vehicle
Both power sources will light the 'On/Off' button to red
Short Press On/Off button to start refrigeration. Beep will sound
15-20 second delay while Compressor and Fans start. Current temperature will display on screen
Short press 'SET' button to cycle between SET and CURRENT temperatures
Fans will run and temperature will begin to drop
Always load PRE-CHILLED product for the best efficiency and keep DOORS CLOSED to avoid icing up the evaporator
Always leave gap above and space around products for suitable airflow
Keep floor and door seals clean. Note drains in floor for washing out CoolBox
Door locks are under flap
To adjust temperature, press SET to display set point.
Use UP & DOWN buttons to raise or lower temperature
Note upper and lower LIMITS have been pre-set
Press SET to enter temperature and return to Current temp display
To turn off, Long press On/Off button (3-5 seconds) or switch off engine. Last settings will be stored
